Domestic Shipping Charges: Pooja Ghar offers FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS ABOVE Rs 499 ACROSS INDIA for all
orders, prepaid as well as cash on delivery (COD). For Orders worth Rs 499 and below, shipping charges depend on the weight of the total order parcel which is
calculated at the time of checkout and the location in India
Timelines: All the products listed on our website are available for immediate shipping
Receiving Order Guidelines: As we ship your orders via
third-party shipment agencies, we want to ensure that the parcel reaches you intact and in good condition. Therefore, in case you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, we request you to record a video and take images of the same and not accept the order. You can mail all the
images and videos along with the order number so that we can use the same to resolve the issue for you at the earliest and settle claims with the shipment agency.
Payment options: We have multiple payment options available for you to choose from – major debit & credit cards, net banking options, recognized eWallets and UPI. We also offer Cash on Delivery option for domestic orders.
Credit note usage: If you are issued any credit note, you
shall receive it on your registered email ID. It can be applied only
